It's estimated that 50 million Americans suffer from chronic pain. Many of these people are also experiencing anxiety and disrupted sleep. To me it's like the hamster wheel of the emotions feeding the pain, and the pain feeding the emotions and felt experience.
Personally I've found relief through utilizing a combination of modalities including EFT/Tapping, Reiki, Meditation, Sound Healing and Yoga. All of these techniques help in tuning into our energy, and releasing what isn't serving us.
