We can be so incredibly hard on ourselves. We can beat ourselves up, think negative thoughts, allow self doubt to snowball, and be downright mean to ourselves. None of that serves us.
Awareness is key. When you notice a negative thought be sure to acknowledge it. How does it make you feel emotionally? How does it make you feel physically? Honor those thoughts and feelings. They are important and valid.
