Practice Gratitude Tapping

What you focus on expands. When you want to attract something into your life, you need to embody the feeling as if it is happening right now.

This is not always an easy thing to do. But there are tools and techniques that can help with this! Tapping of course is one of them! Focusing on what you are grateful for is another.

Think of a time in your past when you felt the way you want to feel now - ie; a time you felt confident or safe or abundant or fill in the ________. Remember what that felt like. How did you carry yourself. What activities were you doing at the time. Reflecting back on these memories will help you embody the feeling right now in the present moment.

If you have never felt or experienced the emotion that you desire to feel, or if you've never had the thing that you want to call in, focus on someone you admire that does have the thing or embodies the feeling, and how you believe they feel!

Picture it in your mind. Get specific. Who are you with? What are you wearing? What are you saying? What environment are you in? Journal about it. Feel into it. This practice can take time but if done consistently is incredibly powerful.
