That’s why we are inviting you to join us for a Valentine’s Day Self-Care Workshop
During this 2.5 hour event you will:
Be introduced to the practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/ tapping)
Tap together as a group to reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
Learn simple and effective breathing techniques to calm the body and mind
Be guided through a transformational breathing exercise
And the best part? All of the techniques and tools you learn during this workshop are simple enough that you can teach them to your kids! Because, when you are calm, your kids feel that, and reflect it back to you.
