Hi! I’m Lauren, a former business coach turned Integrative Energy Practitioner specializing in helping smart, capable women find freedom from anxiety, stress and chronic pain that is holding them back.
I can show you how to transform all of the anxiety, stress and chronic pain, heal from the inside out and best of all, finally feel free to pursue what’s most important to you in your personal and professional life.
Several years ago I was suffering from intense anxiety and chronic pain. A series of unexpected events (illness with a family member, finding out my husband was going to deploy for a year, and relocating to a new state) led me down a path to healing I never could have dreamed about.
Knowing that I needed to change something in order to be the best mom for my young kids, I found myself signing up for a series of professional training in the healing arts. This ultimately led to studying yoga, meditation, sound healing, reiki, and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
All of these modalities had a life changing impact on my health, wellbeing, parenting and even my career.
I started sharing them with friends, and some of my business coaching clients. Seeing some huge shifts in people’s lives motivated me to go deeper. That is what led me to develop my program, Healing from the Inside Out.
This is a customized one-on-one, collaborative experience designed to meet you exactly where you are in your journey.
It’s not magic, although I’ve been told a few times that it can feel magical.
We work together to get to the root of your physical or emotional pain so that you can release it, and feel at ease in your body.

Each and everyone one of us is different. That means that different people respond to different modalities, and different approaches. This is why I tailor and individualize my program specifically for you. No two sessions are ever the same.

#1- EFT/ Tapping
EFT or the Emotional Freedom Technique, also referred to as tapping, is a technique which utilizes the body’s energy meridian points. You stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them lightly with your fingertips – literally tapping into your body’s own energy and healing power.
These points include: the top of the head, eyebrows, side of the eyes, under the eyes, the chin, the collar bone, as well as under the arms. Stimulating these points while focusing on the negative emotion that you are feeling, ultimately enables you to release the negative and increase the positive energy flow.
How does it work?
“All negative emotions are felt through a disruption of the body’s energy. And physical pain and disease are intricately connected to negative emotions. Health problems create feedback – physical symptoms cause emotional distress, and unresolved emotional problems manifest themselves through physical symptoms. So, the body’s health must be approached as a whole. You cannot treat the symptoms without addressing the cause, and vice-versa. The body, like everything in the universe, is composed of energy. Restore balance to the body’s energy, and you will mend the negative emotions and physical symptoms that stem from the energy disruption. Tapping restores the body’s energy balance, and negative emotions are conquered.”

#2 - Reiki
Reiki is a gentle hands-on practice used to reduce stress while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. When the mind, body, and spirit are in alignment and energy is flowing freely, we are in a state of wellness. Reiki energizes and supports your body, helping you to find balance between the body and the mind.
Reiki is a spiritually guided lifeforce energy. Love and compassion are an important part of the practice. It is not a religion; it is a way to focus energy as well as an energy source that can be tapped into. It is an integrative therapy that can be used to strengthen your overall well being, while also reducing pain, anxiety, and fatigue.
Reiki is being used in hospitals across the U.S. as a way to help patients heal faster with less pain.
How does it work?
Reiki connects the universal life force energy with the body's innate powers of healing. It induces a calming effect allowing the body to help heal itself.
A reiki practitioner acts only as a channel for this energy. And while it is my job to help facilitate healing, it is necessary for the client to do the work ie; listen to their intuition, actively work to change negative thought patterns, change how they treat others, etc. Reiki is for everyone and anyone. It is a balancing energy that helps restore one's physical, mental, and emotional energies.
#3 - Sound Healing / Meditation
Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state.
How does it work?
Sound Healing helps activate the body’s natural healing system for deep restorative healing on a cellular and emotional level. The harmonizing effect produced by the sound creates a soothing effect throughout the entire body. When different sound vibrations and frequencies are created, it impacts the body and its meridians helping you promote deep relaxation, induce total relaxation, release emotional trauma, and relieve stress and anxiety.
My clients are ambitious, self driven women who are often entrepreneurs or small business owners. They are really overwhelmed and feel stuck in some way. That "stuckness" can display it self as chronic anxiety and stress, or limiting beliefs like "Am I good enough?" or "I'm not worthy of...success, love, financial freedom" or fears like fear of judgement, fear of failure, fear of success etc. Other clients have come to me because they are dealing with chronic pain, and they've tried all sorts of treatment with limited success and they are ready to to explore and see if there are emotional contributors to their pain (there almost always is!)
Ultimately, this work is for the person looking to find inner peace, the person who's ready to focus inward, hold space for their emotions, release their pain and feel at ease and safe in their bodies! Are you ready?
