Relax & Renew - May 12 7 PM EST
During this 2 hour event you will:
- Be introduced to the practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/ tapping)
- Tap together as a group to reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
- Learn simple and effective breathing techniques to calm the body and mind
- Practice calming and relaxing yoga poses
- Be led through a guided meditation
This workshop is for you if you find yourself thinking things like:
- “I just don’t have the bandwidth.”
- “I’m struggling to do it all.”
- “I just need a break!”
- It's an incredibly overwhelming time. Overwhelming for us as moms, and overwhelming for our kids.
So many moms are struggling, trying to help everyone around them, and in the process, their self-care falls last on the list.
But the fact of the matter is, that when you are depleted, you can’t show up as your best self for your kids, your partner, or yourself.
Dedicate 2 hours for yourself, learn some new de-stressing tools, and walk away feeling replenished and relaxed.
