Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a science-based, mind-body approach that supports emotional regulation, stress reduction, and lasting change.

This 7-week foundational training is designed to help you not just learn EFT, but feel confident using it — with yourself and your clients. Through a layered, experiential approach, you’ll build skills week by week, practice in real time, and integrate your learning safely, ethically, and effectively.

What is EFT Level 1 & 2?
This 7-week online certification program teaches the fundamentals of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and provides hands-on training. It’s designed for personal growth and for professionals who want to use EFT with clients.

How much time is required?
​We meet for 3 hours once a week for 7 weeks. In between classes, practicing with your classmates for about 1 hour per week is encouraged.
​
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes! You can pay in full or split your investment into a simple 2- or 3-month plan.”
Do you offer refunds?

Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes! You will receive a certificate of completion for EFT Level 1 & 2 Certification.

Am I a certified practitioner after this training?
No. Level 1 & 2 provide the foundation, but accreditation requires mentorship and completion of EFTi requirements.

How do I become an Accredited Certified Practitioner?
Students interested in accreditation can join the Mentorship Track after completing Level 1 & 2. Mentorship provides guidance for case studies, client sessions, and preparation for the EFTi Practitioner Exam. See the Mentorship Track section for details.​​
