Learn to Calm the Nervous System with EFT

When the nervous system is in a heightened state of awareness for a prolonged period of time, you can begin to experience both physical and emotional pain. That's why it's so important to regularly check in on how you're feeling, and take the steps to calm your nervous system when feeling overwhelmed.

The act of tapping while simultaneously acknowledging your feelings allows the nervous system to shift into the relaxation response.
