Back to school time can be stressful for kids and parents alike!
New schedules. New teachers. New friends. New bus drivers. New sports. The list goes on. It's a lot of change and it can be overwhelming. However, it can be really fun and exciting too! That's the part we want to lean into. Of course, it's important we start with acknowledging how we truly feel and then organically making our way to all the good feelings.
