EFT for a Restful Night's Sleep

More than 1 in 3 adults don't get enough sleep and between 10% - 30% of adults struggle with insomnia! I found those to be some staggering statistics.

I too have struggled with my sleep. Sleeping through the night has had its challenges. Regularly waking up left me feeling frustrated and incredibly irritable. That's when I committed to tapping about my day before going to sleep.

Acknowledging the stress and frustrations, as well as celebrating the wins has helped me release some of the tension that I believe was impacting my sleep.
