Feeling Stuck Is A Perception
If you've been "doing the work" but feel like nothing is changing, it's natural for frustration to set in. But, here's the good news: feeling stuck is a perception and isn't reality.
However, this is a sign that something needs to change in your life. Perhaps you have the desire to create these changes, but resistance and fear are holding you back.
To overcome this, you need to shift your perspective. EFT is what I believe to be one of the BEST tools for this. The practice can help you create distance from your problem or situation, that will lead you to a helpful solution that will allow you to implement the change you've been craving.
