Quick Tip For Calming The Mind & Body



If you’re feeling anxious or stressed because of everything going on right now - give this technique a try.


Put your hand on your heart, and either tap or gently press on the space between the pinky and ring finger, while simultaneously taking a few long deep breaths. Connecting with your heart energy, while tapping on this point will help lower strong emotions and manage tension and stress in a new way.


Give it a try. You can then envision a green light around your heart. Picture it growing and expanding with each breath. What is your heart telling you today?


Maybe she’s telling you to slow down. Maybe she’s reminding you that you are enough. Maybe it’s that everything is perfect just as it is.


You don’t have to feel like you’re on a merry-go-round that won’t stop. You are strong. You are worthy. You are beautiful. And sometimes you just need to be reminded of that.
