In life we are all bound to go through experiences that are difficult to accept. The inability to accept the situation, and the emotions that are associated with it, can begin build up over time and create a whole lot of discomfort - physically, mentally and/ or emotionally.

If that's you, ask for help. Don't go it alone. Whether its finding a therapist, tapping with a practitioner, or even a close friend you feel comfortable sharing with - you deserve support!
