Tapping on Frustration!

Frustration is uncomfortable. It can be extremely irritating, annoying, and even paralyzing.

The good news is that the feeling of frustration comes from our thoughts. So, if we can shift our thoughts, then we can shift how we feel. When we recognize the frustration it's important to acknowledge it, and also identify how we want to feel. What do we need to think in order to feel that way?

What I truly love about tapping is that it does all the work for you. The answers to those questions naturally make themselves known through the process. And it never ceases to amaze me how even just a few minutes of tapping can make a drastic difference in how you feel both physically and emotionally?
