Tapping Through Anticipatory Anxiety

The anticipation and the associated anxiety leading up to an event can be a lot for anyone's nervous system to handle!

 

Isn't it amazing how much time an energy we can waste worrying about what might happen, or the various possibilities of how something might play out? It's unbelievably exhausting!
