Tapping to Make Goals Stick!

It's that time of year where many of us have made resolutions or goals and are trying to make new habits stick! It's not always so easy, is it? A lot of the time we know what we should do (cue shoulding all over yourself), but as the days pass we start skipping out on the activities we promised ourselves that we would do. And when we don't keep promises to ourselves, we end up feeling bad. Negative mindset sets in, and this can lead to feeling stuck, frustrated, and overwhelmed. Nobody has time for that! Am I right? So let's be really mindful of what we commit to, think about how doing that thing is going to make you feel, and then simply do the hard thing! The beautiful thing is, you get to choose again, and again. And you deserve to choose yourself! The hard stuff is leading the way to the really good stuff, like feeling proud, powerful, strong, smart, accomplished, joyful - you get to choose how you want to feel! It can take some work to get there, but life is a journey and it feels so good when we see the fruits of our labor! Time to tap into stick-to-itiveness!
