Vulnerability is a superpower. I love Brene Brown's work around vulnerability. This quote hits home for me: “Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage." Are you ready to be courageous in 2023? Putting yourself out there can be hard, and it certainly feels vulnerable. Growing up there were many, many times where I held back and didn't push myself to do the scary thing because of fear of rejection, fear of judgement, fear of failure or some combination of the three. Learning how to feel the fear and do the scary thing anyway has been a true gift to myself. And it's a gift I encourage you to give to yourself too!
