This week I've noticed a theme in several of my sessions with my clients.
They are saying things like:
"It feels like I'm missing something."
"I just want to get it right."
"Things aren't happening as I expected."
What's even more interesting is that while some were entrepreneurs talking about growing their business, others were referring to health goals, and yet another was focused on her plans to move across the country.
We all face stress and anxiety, and even when it's in different areas of our life, we can say the same things and be so incredibly hard on ourselves.
Let's acknowledge the inner critic, feel the fear and frustration, and move through it!
