Prioritizing Self Care

Life has been extra crazy lately and I've found myself really needing to practice what I preach. I'll be real with you, it isn't always easy. But, I will say this: the more I tap and stick to a self care/ mental health regimen on a regular basis, even if just for a few minutes a day, the easier it is for me to implement the practice during intense moments of anxiety and overwhelm.


We can't control a lot in this world. Bad things happen to good people and life can change in the blink of an eye. But we can control how we respond to the events that happen in our lives, and how we choose to move forward. I believe it all starts with prioritizing your mental health and well being.
