How To Move Through Fear

We all experience fear on some level.

The fear of taking risks.

The fear of being judged.

The fear of failure.

The fear of disappointing someone you love.

The list goes on and on.

The natural human response is to run from the fear. Fear is uncomfortable. And no one likes to feel uncomfortable. We think we shouldn't feel scared or afraid, and sometimes that can lead to shame.

But, most BIG changes in life don't come without fear. It's normal! But, we have to stop running and instead face it!
