EFT For Physical Pain
If you are someone who is experiencing pain in any shape and for any reason - it is important to examine the emotions and feelings you are experiencing. Emotions have the ability to exacerbate or reduce the sensation of pain. Start by asking yourself a few questions:
Where are you experiencing the pain in your body?
When did the pain first start?
What was going on in your life at that time?
Who were you spending time with during this time?
What are your feelings about having to deal with this pain?
If there was a benefit to having this pain, what would it be?
The answers to these question are a great starting point for exploring the origin of your pain, and determining what emotions are in the mix. It's the beginning of a self-discovery process that may just reveal more than you ever thought possible.
