I like to think of tapping as a beautiful way of creating internal space.
Our thoughts can swirl and snowball and feel big or even uncontrollable at times. This typically leads to feeling anxious, overwhelmed and stuck. No one enjoys that. Acknowledging the thoughts, saying them aloud, while tapping on acupressure points allows us to feel them and create much needed space!
Just like how you feel lighter and accomplished after cleaning out a junk drawer, or organizing your office, tapping does the same thing for your mind!
