Tapping On The Fear of Public Speaking

Does the thought of having to speak in front of a crowd put a knot in your stomach? Sweaty hands? Racing heart?


Glossophobia, or the fear of public speaking, is remarkably common. Some experts suggest that 77% of the population experience anxiety and fear when it comes to public speaking.


While it may feel good to know you aren't alone, it doesn't exactly help in getting up on stage, or zooming in front of a large group. However, EFT/ Tapping is a modality that can help you overcome the fear. Or at the very least help you feel like you aren't going to puke at any second.


After seeing a post in a Facebook group on this very topic, with tons of comments by women who also are faced with this fear, I was inspired to create this tap-a-long video!
