Breathing Techniques and Tuning Into What Your Body Is Telling You!

We have to breathe to survive. And the cool thing about breathing is that it's the one part of our autonomic nervous system that we have control over.

What do people say when you are all worked up about something? These two come to mind: Take a deep breath... Just breathe. And while there's definitely been times I want to throat punch someone for saying that to me (I'll blame the anxiety), it is actually a helpful technique to relax your nervous system.

In this video I share a few of my favorite breathing techniques: circle breathing, square breathing, ferris wheel breathing, alternate nostril breathing.
