Feeling the Feels

Life can be so challenging. There are times and experiences that are just plain sad. And instead of pushing that sadness aside, or finding creative ways to avoid it, it's best to welcome the sadness in and sit with it. I know that can be scary. Especially, if it's something you haven't done before.


After talking with a friend who is going through a really sad time right now, I was inspired to record this tapping video.


Sometimes we simply need to focus on one day at a time - and that's okay! So if you are feeling sad today, know that you aren't alone, and while it may not feel like it today, your emotions are truly a gift. Sometimes it can take sadness to truly know and appreciate happiness.
