It's OK To Be Sad

EFT is all about finding freedom from your emotions. The way that we do that is by allowing ourselves to actually sit in those emotions. We hold space for our feelings. We stop running, and we get comfortable with being uncomfortable. And while this can feel scary at first, I promise you it creates lasting and impactful change.

Whether you are dealing with feelings of sadness, anger, frustration, overwhelm, or anything in between - it is OK. It is more than okay. It is a good thing.
