Anger is a boomerang!


Have you let anger get the best of you? This week I was extremely triggered. The anger I felt was all consuming. I found myself stewing, replaying the event that occurred over and over in my mind. I kept thinking about all the things I could've or should've said. It was completely unproductive. Can you relate? After taking the time to tap, I feel a heck of a lot better. For me, the deeper issue was feeling dismissed and not heard. After realizing this and holding space for these feelings, it was much easier to move through them.
